Thank you for visiting and shopping at CDLists. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there could be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for each item are displayed on the product page as a drop down.

A discount may be given for multiple items, but this cannot be done automatically as we don't have a shoppping cart on the site.

We will refund any overcharge by paypal

Deliveries are typically 2-3 days UK, 5-10days Europe and 7-14 days Worldwide.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

We dont automatically provide a Shipment Confirmation email. Please ask for one when ordering if required.

If you require a tracking number please select and buy the correct postage from the drop down on the product page

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CDLists is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

CDlists is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK, Europe, US, Australia, Japan. Please check before ordering from other countries.
